At Mmantis Negra, we believe what you wear says something about who you are. That's why we don't mass produce. Every piece is made exclusively for you, on demand, with the materials and care it deserves.
Production and processing Every item goes into production the moment your order is confirmed. Manufacturing takes 2 to 5 business days.
Estimated delivery times The following timeframes begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase:
- Switzerland: 3 – 7 business days
- Europe: 5 – 10 business days
- International: 7 – 15 business days
These timeframes are estimates. Exceptional circumstances such as customs delays or peak demand periods may affect delivery times.
Order tracking As soon as your order leaves production, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your location and the contents of your order. The exact amount is displayed before you confirm your purchase. No surprises, no hidden fees.
International shipments For orders outside Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
Shipping address Please review your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. Mmantis Negra cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
