About us Mmantis Negra is an independent premium activewear brand operating through mmantisnegra.com. Our products are manufactured on demand by certified production partners and shipped directly to our customers worldwide.
Orders and payment All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be completed in full before an order enters production.
Pricing All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Mmantis Negra reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Production and delivery As all products are manufactured on demand, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Mmantis Negra is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual property All content on mmantisnegra.com — including but not limited to logos, images, designs, and text — is the exclusive property of Mmantis Negra and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mmantis Negra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
Governing law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
